From Sample to Mass Production

An OEM/ODM project becomes manageable when every decision is converted into an approved reference. The sample stage allows the customer and UWYES team to confirm image performance, system behavior, interfaces, appearance, logo treatment, remote control, accessories, manuals and packaging before a volume order begins.

Once the sample is approved, the controlled bill of materials, software version, appearance standard and inspection points move into production planning. Incoming materials are checked, line instructions are prepared and defined quality records follow the order through assembly, testing and packing.

This disciplined transition reduces avoidable surprises and makes future replenishment easier. When a change is required, it can be reviewed against the approved baseline rather than introduced informally during production.
