How UWYES Controls Export Quality

Export quality begins before assembly. Panels, mainboards, power supplies, housings and key materials are checked against the approved specification as they enter production. Clear material control reduces the risk of variation later in the process.

During assembly, technicians follow defined work instructions while in-process checks cover wiring, software, interfaces, appearance and product-specific functions. Completed units move through functional verification and configured aging before outgoing inspection confirms labels, accessories, firmware, packaging and order quantity.

These IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC stages create a traceable path rather than one final inspection. UWYES uses the same discipline across six production lines supporting up to 50,000 units per month.
