UWYES is the professional display brand of U.W.Y Company Limited. For more than 22 years, we have developed and manufactured display products for international brands, distributors, retailers, system integrators and project partners. From our Shenzhen manufacturing base, we combine product engineering, flexible production, quality management and export coordination in one accountable team.
Our portfolio spans four connected product families: LED, Smart, Google, QLED, Mini LED and OLED televisions; indoor and outdoor digital signage; interactive whiteboards for education and business; and gaming monitors. This broad platform lets customers build coherent product ranges while choosing the right panel, operating system, memory, interface, brightness, touch function, housing and screen size for each market.
Manufacturing is supported by six advanced production lines with a combined monthly capacity of 50,000 units and annual output value exceeding US$50 million. We balance scalable mass production with responsive prototype and small-batch development, helping partners validate a concept carefully before moving into stable volume orders.
Our OEM/ODM work extends beyond placing a logo on a standard product. Sales and engineering teams translate the target channel, price position, local regulations and user scenario into a controlled product specification. Customization can cover hardware, software, industrial design, startup interface, remote control, accessories, packaging and sales materials.
Approximately 99% of our hardware is prepared for global export. FULL-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM
Quality is controlled at four connected stages rather than left to final inspection. Every stage has a different job: prevent unsuitable materials, control assembly, verify reliability and protect the finished shipment.
IQC · INCOMING QUALITY CONTROL
Panels are checked for pixel performance and color consistency. Mainboards, power supplies, housings and key materials are verified against the approved specification before they enter production.
IPQC · IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL
Technicians follow standardized work instructions in organized, ESD-aware production areas. Assembly, wiring, software, interfaces, touch response and appearance are checked at defined process points.
FQC · FUNCTION & RELIABILITY TESTING
Completed units undergo functional inspection, image and sound checks, connectivity verification and configured aging tests. Outdoor and high-brightness products receive application-specific thermal and protection checks.
OQC · OUTGOING QUALITY CONTROL
Final inspection confirms finish, labeling, accessories, firmware, packaging and order quantity. Export packing and shipment records are reviewed before goods are released for loading.
