Inside Our Display Aging Test

A display may pass a short functional check and still reveal an intermittent problem during longer operation. That is why configured aging verification is an important part of UWYES production control. Completed units run through defined picture, sound and system conditions while technicians monitor performance and record exceptions.

The process is designed around the confirmed product. Televisions are checked for picture consistency, audio, remote response, inputs and smart-system behavior. Digital signage adds commercial playback and operating checks, while interactive displays include touch, annotation and wireless sharing verification. Outdoor products receive additional attention to brightness, protection and thermal behavior.

Aging is one stage within a broader quality path that also includes incoming material inspection, in-process checks, final functional control and outgoing inspection. Connecting these stages helps the team identify the source of a problem, correct it and protect repeat production.
