Choosing the Right Screen Size

Room depth, viewing distance, content and installation matter more than simply selecting the largest available display.

Choosing the Right Screen Size — UWYES news

The right screen size depends on what people need to see and how far they are from the display. A television is optimized around comfortable entertainment viewing, a digital sign must communicate quickly in its environment, and an interactive whiteboard needs readable detail from the back of a classroom or meeting room.

Installation also changes the decision. Wall dimensions, mounting height, service access, doorways, lifts, transport and structural support should be considered before the model is confirmed. For touch products, reach and writing height are equally important.

UWYES supports a broad display range from compact 15.6-inch televisions to 100-inch TV models, 98-inch signage and 98-inch interactive whiteboards. The project team helps match size to application instead of treating size as an isolated sales number.
