TV OEM / ODM / CKD / SKD — FROM PREMIUM DEVELOPMENT TO LOCAL ASSEMBLY
UWYES supports your TV brand through OEM manufacturing, ODM development and CKD/SKD supply for local assembly. Bring together Mini-LED/QLED picture quality, 4K and native-refresh engineering, customer-controlled software and regional hardware. Our batch export experience in Argentina and Sri Lanka supports execution, including television supply programs for Egypt.

CUSTOMER PAIN POINTS
- A premium brand needs visible picture-quality and reliability differences; a logo on a standard television is not enough.
- Different supplier software platforms make it difficult to retain control of the launcher, applications, updates and customer experience.
- Local assembly requires complete, matched kits, production instructions, tooling and repeatable quality checks, not simply loose parts.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
- The premium 55/65-inch brief targets 4K Mini-LED with Quantum Dot, native 120Hz or higher, stronger local dimming and HDR performance. Panel, backlight and SoC must be assessed together; these are development targets, not specifications achieved by the supplied standard models.
- Integrate a nominated mainboard/AOSP BSP with the brand launcher, documented control interfaces, OTA and recovery. Agree platform signing, software ownership, DRM and streaming-service responsibilities before samples.
- Local production needs a size-specific BOM, matched panel/mainboard/firmware, regional tuner and power, language settings and assembly/test instructions. For 32/43/55/65-inch programs, resolve configuration differences before kit release; the same production discipline scales to agreed larger-screen models.

UWYES RECOMMENDATION
- OEM delivers your brand on an approved configuration. ODM adds agreed display, hardware, mechanical and software development with engineering milestones, prototype approval and production controls.
- SKD supplies agreed preassembled modules. CKD supports deeper component-level supply. Define the kit split around the local factory, with BOMs, matched packaging, assembly SOPs, fixtures, test tools and service documents.
- Engineer the display as a complete system: Mini-LED local dimming, QLED color, 4K resolution, panel-native refresh rate, motion processing, power and thermal design. Lock measurable sample criteria instead of relying on marketing labels.
- Choose the development route: reuse a proven display platform, combine it with the customer-nominated board/BSP, or fund a full custom platform. Allocate engineering investment to meaningful brand differentiation.
- UWYES can support television orders for Egypt through regional configuration, OEM/ODM brand manufacturing and CKD/SKD local assembly. Apply our Argentina and Sri Lanka batch-supply experience to matched kits, production documents, tooling and test support; confirm model-specific compliance before release.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES & VALIDATION
- Benchmark approved engineering samples for HDR, color accuracy, black levels, motion, gaming latency and long-term reliability. Competition with leading brands is the project ambition; measured results determine the final claims.
- Validate launcher behavior after factory reset, TV controls, OTA/recovery and licensed services on the selected board/BSP. Keep customer software ownership and manufacturing responsibilities explicit.
- Release local production through an approved pilot: verify component identity, kit completeness, assembly workmanship, electrical checks and final picture inspection. Align spare parts and repair guidance with the released BOM.

PROJECT PLANNING & TECHNICAL DETAILS
Display performance and platform selection
Confirm the exact panel model, native resolution/refresh rate, dimming zones, typical and peak brightness, color performance, interfaces and processing. Review HDMI 2.1, 4K120 and VRR on the complete signal path; panel capability alone does not establish system performance.
Software and hardware responsibilities
UWYES can manufacture the television around a customer-specified mainboard and integrate the nominated AOSP BSP with the panel, backlight, audio, tuner and interfaces. The brand retains its launcher, applications and customer experience; the platform partner supports board/BSP and security. Agree production signing, control APIs, OTA/recovery, licensing and acceptance tests for the selected platform.
Batch supply experience and production documents
UWYES has CKD/SKD export-program experience in Argentina and Sri Lanka. The reviewed records include multi-size BOMs, component-level mainboard lists, packing/customs worksheets, panel and complete-TV assembly SOPs, board repair references, stencils and test fixtures. These documents support production preparation and repeatability; they are not evidence that the new premium platform is already delivered.
Regional configuration and local production
Match tuner, mains power, plugs, OSD language, branding, labels and service requirements to the destination. UWYES supports Egypt-bound television programs with Arabic/English operation and agreed complete-TV or CKD/SKD supply. Define the local assembly scope, warranty and model-specific safety/energy documentation in one controlled specification.
Funded development, samples and milestones
Agree NRE, tooling, paid prototypes, economic production quantity and component availability before committing to a new platform. Reuse qualified assets where suitable; organize the specialist engineering team around the agreed scope and measurable milestones.
Serviceability and repeat production
Control BOM revisions, firmware versions, regional accessories and spare-part matching across repeat orders. Provide the agreed assembly and repair guidance so the local partner can build, inspect and service the released television configuration.
Send your target market, quantity, installation conditions and assembly plan. We will review configuration, samples, documentation and production responsibilities before quotation.
